Technical Details for the Alpha Hitch

The alpha hitch fits garden tractors equipped with a Category 1 3-point hitch. It provides easy attachment of 3-point-hitch-mounted equipment.
 
The alpha hitch is very helpful when used for heavy attachments, such as a rotary tiller or a rear blade, that are difficult to move around manually; just back into the attachment and raise the 3-point hitch.

1) The alpha hitch is not compatible with the 48-in. Box Scraper or Category 1 3-Point Hitch Plow, Single Bottom.
2) BM21271 Alpha Hitch Kit/Sprayer Adapter - X Series is required if the alpha hitch is to be used with the Category 1 3-Point-Hitch-Mounted 40 Gallon Sprayer.
3) BM21272 Alpha Hitch Kit/Disk Adapter - X Series is required if the alpha hitch is to be used with the Category 1 3-Point-Hitch-Mounted Disk.
4) BM21272 Alpha Hitch Kit - X Series is required if the alpha hitch is to be used with the Category 1 3-Point-Hitch-Mounted Cultivator. The weight of the alpha hitch will cause the cultivator to tilt forward when detached from tractor unless the cultivator is supported.
